Systems Thinking & Transformation

Systems thinking can be used in any situation to make sense of what is happening, break down silos, navigate uncertainty, and solve our greatest collective challenges, together. It encourages leaders to explore issues related to understanding and leveraging the complex human and structural factors associated with change and transformation. The mindsets/mental models, patterns of behaviour, and organizational structures that drive our actions become visible and the hidden threads that compel us to act become clear and therefore changeable.

This workshop will help your team build a solid base to foster systems thinking, innovation, and ultimately enable you to drive strategic change in your complex system.

The workshop will use a combination of experiential learning, practice, small group activities, and lecture.

This workshop is facilitated by Amanda Bjorn, CHA Learning’s lead coach. Amanda is a Business Coaching Advantage Certified Coach™ and a Registered Corporate Coach™ with the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches.
