No. Both HealthCareCAN member and non-member organizations can enrol employees in CHA Learning programs and courses. HealthCareCAN member organizations receive preferred group enrolment discounts when the organization is paying for the enrolments.

Group enrolment discounts are available starting with as few as two learners. Non-member organizations can receive discounts of up to 12.5%, while HealthCareCAN member organizations receive preferred discounts ranging from 5% to 25%, depending on the number of learners enrolled together.
For groups of more than 25 learners, contact CHA Learning to discuss additional group and organizational learning options.
Group discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts, and HealthCareCAN member discounts apply when the member organization is paying for the enrolments.
If your organization is paying for an employee or group of employees to enrol with CHA Learning, contact our team before enrolling. We can help coordinate the most appropriate enrolment and payment process, including invoicing where applicable.
For groups, we can also discuss available discounts, closed cohorts and other team learning options. CHA Learning specifically recommends contacting the team when enrolling someone else rather than completing the standard individual enrolment process.
Yes. Employers can request an invoice for employee tuition fees, and advance purchase of program seats is also available. Group discounts may apply depending on the number of learners being enrolled and whether your organization is a HealthCareCAN member.

Yes. Organizations can enrol employees in existing CHA Learning programs and courses. Depending on the learning needs and offering, organizations can also explore closed cohorts, customized learning and coach-led team learning.

Yes. CHA Learning can work with your organization to understand your goals, priorities and learning needs and help identify relevant programs, courses or team learning options.
For organizations with broader or more specific learning needs, we can also discuss closed cohorts, customized learning and other organizational solutions.
Learner information and academic records are confidential. When an employer is paying an employee’s tuition, CHA Learning may establish a reporting arrangement with the employer in advance, with the learner’s understanding and consent.
Without an advance reporting agreement, information about a learner’s performance will not be provided to an employer without the learner’s explicit consent.
For groups of more than 25 learners, contact CHA Learning to discuss your organization’s needs. We can explore group enrolment options, closed cohorts, customized learning and other organizational solutions based on the size of your group and your learning objectives.
Employers and learners can review CHA Learning’s educational and administrative policies for information about enrolment, fees and payment, withdrawals, program completion requirements, student records, privacy and confidentiality, academic requirements and other important matters.
